The track/DJ/party that made me want to be a DJ was:
Becoming a DJ just sort of happened. Tracks...oh man, so many..! As for parties, I most definitely enjoyed "Wicked", "Carefree", and "Boogie Buffet". Loved them!

Influences:
Having seven older siblings listening to old classic rock (The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Who, Ten Years After, etc.) and of course, Herb Albert and The Tijuana Brass. Major influences from my older brothers and sisters.

I got my first break:
The Holy Cow through Scot Peterson, The End Up, and The Beer Cellar.

Some DJs I like playing with are:
Indifferent...as long as they have manners

Favorite thing about the SF scene:
I can only speak for myself since the scene I know is really the scene I play, and I don't really DJ too much outside of SF. The scene seems to bring a sophistication and knowledge of the music, the people's energy and diversity is great. I'm very lucky to be part of it!

Least favorite thing about the SF scene:
Not enough toilets at the clubs.

My favorite SF party is/was:
Back in the day, before I became a DJ, I used to always go to "Carefree", "Wicked" "Boogie Buffet" and at times "Community" (tougher - since it was on a work night).

My favorite Club to play in is:

I do like Cafe Cocomo and of course my home at the Stud for "Sugar".

If I could put together MY dream music festival, the Entertainment would be:
It already happens every year in September. My friends manage to throw the most amazing birthday party for me down at my friend's home, aka "The Lagoon".

If I couldn't play records I would probably be a professional:
Outside of DJing on weekends, I do have a professional job. I work for All Star Consulting, Inc. We broker high tech IT contractors/consultants to companies in the Bay Area. Particular accounts I've cultivated are Williams - Sonoma Inc., Gap Inc., Visa, Genentech, DHL, McKesson etc. I really enjoy my day job. It's such a perfect fit for me!

I want to thank these people for helping me get this far:
Scot Peterson (no not the one from Fresno!), Allison Page, Lewis Walden, Kevin Afuso, Leonard Ocampo, Jerry Bonham, Martel and Nabiel, Chadwick, and Scott Manning.

What you want people to know and we didn't ask:
Thanks for all your support! I really do love papayas, and fuju persimmons. I'm one of 12 children, and yes, I used to be married to a man for 7 years.

My motto is:
"Cool Beans!"
