The track/DJ/party that made me want to be a DJ was:
Nothing in particular made me want to be a DJ. It just sorta happened. I didn’t set out to become a DJ, I started out playing jazzy downtempo beats and my friends just started asking me to play at parties and stuff.

Influences:
Rick James, Led Zeppelin, any good music really. The dance floor is my influence.

I got my first break:
DJing with Chris Kahunhana and The Josh Jones Latin Trio at Storyville

Some DJs I like playing with are:
Ellen Ferrato, Anthony Garlic, Solar, Galen, Jeno, Spun, Garth, Doc, and Sharon Buck.

Favorite thing about the SF scene:
The dance floor is sort of a community with good, deep house music.

Least favorite thing about the SF scene:
The bars stop serving at 2am.

My favorite SF party is/was:
Green Gorilla Lounge parties, of course

My favorite Club to play in is:
Milk

If I could put together MY dream music festival, the Entertainment would be:
Black Sabbath, Rick James, Radiohead, reuniting ‘The Verve’, Groove Armada – live, Janes Addiction, Reunion tour of Led Zeppelin, Alicia Keyes, and M3.

If I couldn't play records I would probably be a professional:
