We takes the privacy and integrity of our users poll very seriously. On this page, we have outlined the Terms and Conditions concerning the privacy and security of the DJDreamteam Poll. If you have additional questions that are not answered here, please contacts us here.

Nomination Process

All DJs listed have already been nominated by YOU, the community, during our previous two years running the poll. We are not currently accepting additional names for the poll. The exception being if we receive over 100 petitions requesting a name be added. For a DJ to qualify for this San Francisco poll, he/she must: 1) reside in the Bay Area, and 2) play out at least semi-regularly (no bedroom DJs). Please send your petitions here.

The Voting Process

1. Each valid email address is permitted one vote. Let's find out who really are our community's favorite DJs, so keep it fair and clean.

2. To officially record your vote you will first need to validate your email address. Only votes from valid email accounts will be counted.

3. This Poll only applies to Bay Area residents. You will need to confirm your zip-code and city in order to verify your eligibility to vote.

4. This poll may not be ported or transferred over, in part or whole, to any other website.

Privacy Policy

The information we collect is used for internal review and use. It is also used to confirm and validate your vote.

We use contact data from our online forms to send users information about our company and promotional partners and affiliations. Users may opt-out finding the "Unsubscribe" link clearly located at the bottom of each particular mailer. We will not disclose DJDreamteam members' information to unaffiliated parties, other than:

- where the user requests or consents to disclosure
- where we are legally required to do so (e.g. in response to a subpoena or fraud investigation)
- where we have agreed to provide information under negotiated contracts and where the member has been informed about the possibility of sharing information for marketing or other similar purposes through a prior direct communication and the member has been given the reasonable opportunity and time to decline.

Choice/Opt-Out

This site and our partner sites gives users the following options for removing their information from database and to not receive future communications, you will find opt-out options on this site and at the bottom of each mailer.

Children's Guidelines

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

To prevent unauthorized use and maintain data accuracy, DJDreamteam has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the poll.

Terms & Conditions

DJDreamteam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this poll should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DJDreamteam corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper administration of the poll.

DJDreamteam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any vote or individual who tampers with the voting process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the poll. DJDreamteam assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. DJDreamteam is not responsible for computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, or failure of any entry to be received by DJDreamteam because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation of the poll.

Note: Any attempt by any person to damage any Web site or undermine legitimate operation of the poll is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, DJDreamteam reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

General conditions: Void where prohibited. participants agree that DJDreamteam.com and all of their respective affiliates, parent companies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and sponsors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind.
